本报告基于理论与实践的结合,对2015年我国劳动关系发展现状与问题进行了较为系统的深入分析,在此基础上,对新常态下劳动关系面临的发展新趋势做了一些综合性研判,提出了构建中国特色和谐劳动关系的基本思路和对策建议。
