As our country has introduced a number of major policy，local public entrepreneurship service system to carry out a distinctive cutting-edge experimental and innovative exploration，already achieved certain success.In summing up the achievements and characteristics on the basis of the above，the present study revealed a number of challenges currently exist in the public service system for entrepreneurship：public sector entrepreneurship service management system resultant is not enough；entrepreneurship support policy concluding implicit restrictions and landing difficult；institutional functions unclear and market development is not sufficient；professional quality is not high；entrepreneurship education，entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurial guidance is weak；the entrepreneurial environment and the ecosystem still need optimization. In order to create the best era of innovation and entrepreneurship，stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship of all nationalities genes，it needs：clarify the organizational structure of the public service system to promote entrepreneurial sectors to create synergy；perfect the business support policies and put in place to ensure that；a clear focus on institutional functions to cultivate market forces；improve the professional capacity of the public supply of entrepreneurship services；strengthen entrepreneurship education，entrepreneurship training and entrepreneurship guidance；deepen the reform of institutional mechanisms to create a good ecological entrepreneurship.
