China’s health industry has grown rapidly in recent years，and has become a real “sunrise industry”. This paper defines the health industry based on the current literature，and illustrates the status-quo，future trend and existing problems of China’s health industry from five aspects，namely，medical service，rehabilitation and prevention，health management and promotion，health insurance，and the health derivative industry. This paper also gives counter-measures and suggestions to the existing problems based on the future trend of China’s health industry.
