Regional coordination is an important part of the healthy development of urban agglomeration，and it is also the key to the development of regional integration. This article has evaluated the development index of the Jing-jin-ji，Yangtze River Delta，Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration in comprehensive level and economic，social and environmental level firstly，and then the coordination of different urban agglomeration development were researched in many aspects by calculating the difference degree of each index. The results showed that：in the comprehensive level of regional coordinated development，the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is better than the Pearl River Delta and Jing-jin-ji urban agglomeration；in the catalyzed level of development index，both of the three urban agglomerations are that the difference of economic development level is the highest，the difference of social development level of the environment governance capacity difference is the minimum；from the perspective of development trend，the coordination of the comprehensive development level of the Pearl River Delta is improving，while the difference degree of economic development level in the Jing-jin-ji and Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is decreasing，the difference degree of the social development in the Yangtze River Delta，Jing-jin-ji urban agglomeration also has a rising trend，the difference degree of environmental governance capacity the three major urban agglomerations governance barely changes. Based on the analysis of the coordinated development of the three major urban agglomerations，some thoughts on promoting the regional coordinated development of urban agglomeration in China are put forward.
