In three regions，occupation values of youths tend to be consistent and positive. With regard to importance of work，a majority of youths accepts signification of work in daily life. Stronger sense of equality on occupation is common in three regions，but youths in Guangzhou are remarkably lower than youths in Macao and Hong Kong. Confronted with view of employment，youths focus on self-worth and self-development. On the basis of comprehensive analysis around features of value，this study also puts forward advice to carry forward occupational equality，social contribution and improvement of human capital，etc.
