On the grounds of concepts about social economy and environmental protection，this study explores basic features of development view in three regions. The study reveals that the development view tends to be general but special due to effects of different economy，society and culture. They prioritize environmental protection and denounce environmental disruption caused by rapid economic growth. In Guangzhou，social stability and economic expansion are more emphasized. Freedom of speech，decision and participation are more valued in Hong Kong. In Macao，development views tend to be diversified，but “stable economy” is superior to other choices. In addition，the study also predicts tendency in the next three years and provides suggestions to improve development view of youths.
