本文以政务微博中政府形象的塑造为研究范畴,以城市竞争力为研究视角,通过分析政务微博中的政府形象与其所在的城市竞争力之间的关系,来研究政务微博中的政府形象是否能够如实反映其“政府实在”(城市竞争力)。本文研究表明,政务微博的政府形象塑造效果不错,政府借助政务微博较好地呈现了其所主政城市的综合实力和成长竞争能力。但在未来,政府形象传播需科学设定政府门户网站、政务微博、政务微信等平台的定位和功能,避免重复建设,须建立各平台间的互联互通机制,打造政府形象的云传播模式。
<<This study aims at the government image shaping on government microblog from the perspective of city competence. Through analyzing the relation between government image on government microblog and city competence,we studied whether government image on microblog can reflect the city competence. Results showed that government image shaping on microblog obtained a satisfying effect,and government microblog presented its city’s overall strength and developmental competence. However,clear goals of the government portal website,government microblogs,and government Wechat accounts should be established and open up in the future,so as to fulfill a cloud communication model of government image.
