Sports industry cluster zones play an important role in optimizing sports industry resources and promoting regional economic development. There are eight sports industry cluster zones in Beijing at present，including the Longtanhu sports industry zone，the Ming tombs outdoor sports leisure cluster zone，the Badachu network cluster zone，the Daxing fashion sports cluster zone，the Chaobai River aquatic recreational cluster zone，and the Miyun aviation cluster zone，the Wukesong ball games cluster zone and the Olympic park. The eight industry cluster zones have formed different function orientation and characteristics since construction. The management systems also have been established in line with the industry cluster zones development. The eight zones are into the stage of construction and implementation. During the process of construction and development，however，there are still some problems，such as lack of overall planning，certain vague function orientation，slow process of construction，lack of industry foundation and related policies. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of industry zones are put forward in the end.
