In the context of social change，the feasibility of social workers for the study，research social volunteering helps to build a harmonious society and promoting the professional development of social workers. Through in-depth interviews found that social groups：In rapid social change，volunteering social workers should not be promoted；linkage model of social work and volunteering promotes integration of social workers and volunteers；cognitive psychology social workers hampered social workers volunteer work development of behavior. Therefore，to promote the professional development of social workers，social workers must improve the psychological quality，and enhance mental ability to adapt to social workers；compliance management science management，democratic management；gradually establish a strong and effective social support system；accelerate the improvement of the social system and reform the social security system.
