本研究采用舒伯(Super)编制、宁维卫修订的中文《职业价值观问卷》(WVI60),对北京在校大学生进行测试,并根据验证性因素分析,重新修订出适用于当代北京在校大学生的简化版职业价值观量表(WVI32)。该量表具有四个维度,每个维度各有八个项目,经验证具有良好的信效度。然后,研究者另行选取在校的一本大学生与二本大学生各500名,运用修订后的在校大学生的职业价值观量表(WVI32)、自行编制择业行为特征问卷以及大五人格简化量表(NEO-FFI),全面探讨北京市在校大学生的职业价值观与择业行为特征概况及其基本状况的关系,并重点比较当代北京市在校二本大学生与一本大学生的职业价值观与择业行为特征的差异,同时还分析了北京市在校大学生的个体人格与职业价值观的关系。最后,笔者结合研究结果,提出了针对二本大学生就业与择业的建议与对策,谨供相关领域的研究与决策参考。
<<This study carried out a survey with The Work Values Inventory(WVI60)designed by Super and modified in Chinese by Ning wei-wei to test of university students in Beijing. And then based on the result of confirmatory factor analysis,we revised The Beijing College Students’ Work Values Inventory(WVI32). The revised scale has four dimensions,each dimension has eight projects. The results showed that the revised scale had good reliability and validity as a measurement tool.
Then,the researchers selected another 500 key university undergraduates and 500 ordinary university undergraduates. With the advantage of The Beijing College Students’ Work Values Inventory(WVI32)and Neuroticism Extraversion Openness Five-Factor Inventory(NEO-FFI),we comprehensively explored the work values and the vocational behavior characteristic of undergraduates in Beijing,and mainly compared the difference between key university and ordinary university undergraduates. At the same time,the relationship between university students’ Individual personality types and Work Values was analyzed. In the end,based on the study and the present status,a countermeasure suggestion was put forward for education,society and further researches.
