In recent years，while cross-border E-commerce undergoes a thriving development in China，it also witnessed a rapid development in Guangzhou，with both transaction size and market activity taking the lead in the country. Guangzhou has been successfully approved as a national comprehensive experimental zone for cross-border E-commerce，with an urgent need to make further breakthroughs in institutional innovation and development of key areas so as to achieve transcendent development of cross-border E-commerce development and accelerate the transformation of foreign trade development mode.
