In the process of economic and social transformation，group event is a social phenomenon that cannot be ignored. Group events showed the trend continued to spread with the economic development and deepening of political reform. Therefore，the study of group events are theoretical and practical significance. Firstly，starting from the perspective of social distribution，the paper summarizes the present stage of social distribution. Secondly，the paper analyze group events from three dimensions about resource distribution，opportunity distribution，income distribution. Finally，the paper discusses the path and policy recommendations to solve group events from social distribution perspective.
