笔者基于2012年雇员雇主匹配数据,采用Blinder-Oaxaca分解的方法对工会会员效应下的工资溢价问题进行了实证研究。实证结果显示,工会身份对工会企业中工会会员和非工会会员的总体工资差异没有造成显著性的影响;工会身份通过改变劳动合同回报率影响了工资水平;工会身份通过集体合同的签订率影响了工资水平;工会身份通过提高人力资本回报率影响了工资水平;工会的入会倾向是一种制度推动;工会身份可以减少工资歧视。
<<The paper attempts to analyze Chinese trade union’ coverage effect on the wage gap by adopting the method of Blinder-Oaxaca,based on employees and employer matching data in 2012.
