The first financial leasing company was established in the United States in 1952 which is the symbol of modern leasing. With 60 years’ development，finance leases has reached the same status as bank and security of enterprises’ financing channels. Since 2007，finance leases have developed rapidly in China with the support of the dividend policy. In 2015，China’s leasing annual turnover was second to the United States. The finance leases are always the leader status in China（Tianjin）Pilot Free Trade Zone centered on Tianjin Port Area. This paper intend to summarize and analyze finance lease business problems on the basis of the present situation of the development of financial leasing through the questionnaire analysis，and promote the constructive suggestion to solve the problems of the two types of financial leasing companies. At last，we will try to find the tunnel to promote above suggestions accordingly which are attached to significance.
