Gupiaoqin is a kind of folk art and cultural heritage. It has been passed down from generation to generation in Bainiao Hmong，being a crystal of their collective wisdom and one of the basic identification branch of the Hmong. In recent years，with the development of local economy and society，the eco-environment for Gupiaoqin undergone a series of changes，including their survival environment，ways of life，living styles，customs and values. If the Gupiaoqin art to develop and inherit well，government and local persons foster a sound for its eco-cultural folk，strengthen the advocacy and education.
