Intangible cultural heritage is not only the crystal of human’s wisdom for thousands of years，but also the achievement of civilizations during different historical periods，which is the most essential and original preservation and record of traditional culture. In the new period，under the background of new economics normal “Culture+”，the protection and utilization of ICH in eco-cultural and experimental areas of the southeast of Guizhou province region should grasp opportunities of the best times and assimilate into the strategy of “Internet+”；Besides，the protection and utilization of ICH can make use of new media to broaden dimensions of cultural diffusion，to reinforce holistic and digital protection and intellectual inheritance. Then vigorously develop characteristics national culture industry and promote regional coordinated development.
