Water pollution control is also a global public problem，developed countries established a functional system of pollution control from the laws and regulations，management modes，management means and so on. From the perspective of the current situation，many countries have achieved great success in the treatment of water pollution，and accumulated many successful experiences and practices. This article analyzes and draws on the existing experiences in developed countries. Try to improve on the innovative ideas and mechanism，then promoting water pollution control in Beijing.
