The development of community psychology in the United States is rapidly spreading. The cultural diversity in the context of globalization in the context of community psychology has pointed out the necessity of the localization of community psychology. But this does not mean that western psychology cannot be applied to different cultural context；just to recognize the origin and influence of psychology，and to be applied to local conditions. Localization is not simply to accept and absorb the western community psychology，but to accept and absorb the western community psychology，through the exchange and interaction with the mainstream community psychology，and to participate in and influence its development and eventually become part of its knowledge system. Based on the analysis of the local development，social foundation and discipline foundation of the national concept connotation，the Chinese community psychology is still in its infancy，and the localization of Chinese community psychology should be based on the local reality and the reality.
