本文研究手机依赖与孤独感的关系以及其中的影响机制。采用手机成瘾指数量表、孤独感量表以及自尊量表对重庆市1300名未成年人进行问卷调查。结果发现：（1）未成年人手机依赖和孤独感呈显著正相关，手机依赖度越高，孤独感越强；（2）手机依赖对于孤独感有正向预测作用；（3）自尊在手机依赖对孤独感的影响中起部分中介作用。
<<Objective：To explore the relationship between mobile phone addiction and loneliness and the influencing mechanism in it. Methods：1300 adolescents in Chongqing were assessed by Loneliness Scale （UCLA），Self-Esteem Scale（SES） and Mobile Phone Addiction Index（MPAI） Result：（1）；adolescent’s mobile phone addiction has a significantly negative correlation with loneliness；（2）mobile phone addiction could predict the loneliness；（3）the self-esteem play a partial mediation effect in the relationship between mobile phone addiction and loneliness.
