The study according to scientific procedure of questionnaire development，through open investigation，pre-investigation and formal investigation，collected 1893 effective samples of migrant workers who come from 4 provinces 10 cities. Used the multivariate statistical techniques，such as item analysis，exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to analyses the data. The result shows：1） Migrant workers’ sense of community questionnaire is a three factors structure，they are community satisfaction，community belong，community responsibility. 2） The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the migrant workers’ sense of community questionnaire was 0.865. The correlation between each division with the whole questionnaire score were from 0.81 to 0.90，the correlation between each division were from 0.49 to 0.65. Through confirmatory factor analysis，the fit index shows the model is better （χ2/df=6.42；RMSEA=0.073；GFI=0.933；AGRI=0.905；CFI=0.901）. The self-designed “migrant workers’ sense of community questionnaire” has preferable reliability and fair validity，it could be used as an effective measurement to study migrant workers’ sense of community in future.
