As early as 2003 when Wanda marched into the film industry，it aimed at the terminal market of the film industry chain. Established in 2005，Wanda cinema today is the most influential share of domestic cinema，with its box office income ranking the first in the industry for several consecutive years. With the gradual improvement of terminal market，the upstream film industry became the target of Wanda film. In 2011，Wanda Film and Television Media Co.，Ltd. was established，getting involved in the industry chain business of film investment，production，distribution and screening of products. It was the producer of several hot movies such as Police Story 2013 and The Ghouls. Wuzhou Film Distribution Company，mainly invested by Wanda Film and Television，topped the box office with a revenue of 6.76 billion in 2015. In the process of expansion，in forms of investment，acquisition and self-building theater chain，Wanda got involved in film production and front end of distribution in the upstream，while it held the circulation of cinemas，theaters，and other peripheral products in the downstream so as to form a relatively complete ecological system in film and television industry and try to form a closed loop of exclusiveness through packaging and binding.
