    北京光线传媒投资状况分析

    摘要

    光线传媒历经十七年的发展,已经成为中国影视产业的标杆企业。现阶段,光线传媒围绕电影核心业务培养专业化能力,形成了差异化的竞争优势。即准确定位目标市场,将年轻化作为发展策略;坚持独树一帜的“阵地发行”模式,专注发行业务;通过股权收购方式,加快动漫游戏布局。虽然在发展过程中,BAT强势进入影视产业,光线传媒外部竞争压力大;投资并购面临估值风险;内容产业受到盗版冲击。但是光线传媒不断调整发展方向,进入成熟发展阶段。

    Abstract

    After 17 years of development,Enlight Media has grown into a model firm in China’s film & TV Industry. Enlight Media has focused on its core business and has a strong competitive advantage. This lies in its unique strategies,such as precisely locating target market,mainly serving young people,focusing on distribution business,and accelerating the development of animation and game through equity acquisitions. These advances,however,have encountered many obstacles. BAT have become strong competitors as they stepped up their efforts into entering the film industry. Mergers and acquisitions faced valuation risk and its content industry has been hit by piracy. Nonetheless,Enlight Media timely adjusted its development strategies and has entered a mature growth stage.
