2015年以来，我国传媒产业加速发展，传媒企业的投资热度升温，相伴而生的是传媒企业对投资人才的“求贤若渴”，由此进一步凸显了培养综合型传媒投资人才的迫切性和重要性。本章在对我国传媒投资人才培养现状及存在的问题进行深度梳理和分析的基础上，着重对培养优秀传媒经济投资人才的对策和措施进行了探讨。
