众筹模式是近年来在文化传媒领域崛起的一种新型融资方式,它超越了简单募集资本的层面,以利益联结把融智融资与社会资本、外部资源激活并有机联系起来,筹、投、贷结合的模式被业内人士认为是最适合文化产业轻资产和阶段性风险结构差异的融资模式。本章把文化传媒众筹的发展置于整个众筹模式发展历程大框架下,结合典型案例梳理了众筹在文化传媒领域的典型应用,并对文化传媒众筹当下面临的发展问题、潜在风险和应对策略进行了剖析。
<<Crowd-funding is a new way of financing in the field of culture and media in recent years. It goes beyond the level of simply raising capital and linking the interests in different dimensions such as finance,social capital and external resources. The combination of “Crowdfunding- Investment-loan” model is considered as the most suitable means for media and culture industry,with risks varying in different stages of development. This chapter discusses the phenomenon of cultural crowdfunding in the framework of its development history,combined with typical cases and applications in the field of culture and media,and analyzes some problems,future trends,potential risks and strategies to cope with them.
