中国传媒产业的发展与其自身所扎根生长的经济文化社会语境息息相关并呈现鲜明的历史阶段性特征。本报告对2015年以来中国传媒产业发展的宏观环境和产业环境及其内在关联关系和发展沿革脉络进行了深入剖析,并结合习近平总书记讲话精神和十三五规划政策精神对2015年以来国家在传媒领域的重要政策如新广告法、电影产业促进法草案、舆论场整肃相关法规及措施、版权方面规范引导与扶持相结合的政策举措进行了深入剖析。此外还对国家倡导的“互联网+”、“四众双创”、消费金融等为传媒产业运行带来机遇挑战的外围政策进行了解读,力求通过对传媒产业发展环境的多维度、全景式展现协助传媒投资者把握发展坐标系,在此基础上优化自身的战略方向选择。
<<The development of China’s media industry is closely related to the economic and cultural social context in which it takes root and grows. This chapter gives an in-depth analysis of China media industry’s macro and industrial environment and their internal relations and development since 2015,with reference to some important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the 13th Five Year Plan of China. This chapter also examines new media policies in advertising,film industry,public opinion as well as some relevant laws,regulations and measures,copyright specifications guide and tries to build up a combination of policy initiatives and their influence based on a thorough analysis. In addition to the these polices,the article also discusses some relevant public policies such as consumer finance which brings opportunities as well as challenges for the media industry.
