To China and Indochina countries，security cooperation is highly necessary. It conforms to the common interests of countries and people in the region. So，all parties should deepen security dialogue and promote common security to strengthen the non-traditional security cooperation，to promote comprehensive security，and to explore the construction of a new security structure，ensuring sub-regional sustainable security.
