未成年人的科学素质培养是一个国家未来科学能力提升的关键要素。本报告首先从成长的角度出发,分析了未成年人的特点。其次,以未成年人的认知过程为导入点,分析了未成年人从信息获取、体验(感性认识)、产生兴趣、问题困惑、探究(逻辑分析)直到素质养成的成长路径。最后,本报告以“互联网+”为研究背景,从营造科学素质养成氛围、丰富互联网科普知识宣传、提升科技体验、丰富知识库等几个方面提出了可行的政策措施。
<<Cultivating the scientific literacy of the minors is the key element of a country to enhance the ability of the future science. Firstly,the characteristics of minors are analyzed from a growth perspective. Then based on the cognitive process of minors,the paper analyzes the general quality cultivation path of minors,from information acquisition,experience(perceptual)to interest generation,confusion,inquiry(logical analysis)until the quality cultivation. Finally,under the background of Internet plus,feasible policy measures are put forward,including to construct scientific quality cultivation atmosphere,to enrich internet science popularization,to enhance the experience of science and technology,to enrich the knowledge base and so on.
