人才既是滑雪产业可持续发展的驱动力,也是提升中国滑雪产业竞争力的核心。总体上,我国现有的滑雪产业相关人才相对缺乏,特别是雪场管理人才、专业技术人才以及滑雪指导员,均处于供不应求的状态。本文主要从国内滑雪行业内人才的现状、需求以及未来人才培养体系的建设几个方面进行了分析。
<<Human resource is not only the driving force of ski industry’s sustainable development,but also is the key element of the industry’s competitiveness. Generally,the industry is lack of human resources,especially ski resorts’ management personnel,technical staff and ski instructors. The soft environment of ski consumption is closely related to the stability and growth of customers,which requires high quality service for skiers,to cultivate customer loyalty. This part analyzed the current situation of domestic ski industry talents,market demand and training system construction in the future.
