This report carries out field surveys on current situation of garbage classifying and processing in Guangzhou，optimization measures of garbage classifying and processing and the correspondingly supporting policies，and analyzes problems in solid waste processing and discharge and garbage classifying processing mode at present in Guangzhou. From garbage collection，garbage transportation，government management and garbage marketization promotion，this report puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
