Applying method of combining quantitative surveys and qualitative study，this report carries out the survey and analysis on housing security demand of 10 categories of groups，including primary，middle school and kindergarten teachers，medical workers，bus drivers，subway workers，sanitation workers，the pension institution workers，police officers，scientific and technical personnel，college staff and newly recruited civil servants without house，and puts forward solutions for housing problems for specific group of sandwich class in Guangzhou.
