This report studies the profile of cultural resources and the status quo of cultural development in Chanhe Hui Nationality District，and analyzes its shortages，including smaller overall size，lack of strategic planning，insufficient capital investment，inefficient use，unreasonable talent structure，lack of senior managers，and failed to fully combine culture with tourism. Finally，it makes suggestions on carrying forward the national culture，and building characteristic tourism industry chain of Chanhe River.
