As a historical and cultural city，the cultural tourism has been an important part of regional economic development，as well the main path of inheriting and developing traditional culture. Studies of the report aim to achievements of Luoyang’s cultural tourism in 2015，analyzes the problems and deficiencies of the existing and proposed countermeasures and suggestions in order to benefit to the development of cultural tourism in Luoyang，and to further promote economic and cultural development of Luoyang.
