In the post-Asian Games period, the focus of Guangzhou livelihood affairs has been turned to transportation, the seriousness of which can be shown in the Citizens' Hotline program on municipal government portal website, as well as the complaints and suggestions about public transport and roads collected from citizens, also the Solution of Guangzhou Downtown Traffic Congestion promulgated in the beginning of 2011. The paper grounded on the investigation of public opinions on public transport in recent decade, combined with the public opinions of recent years and statistic data, researched into the problems of public transport and mainly discussed the public strategies. At the same time, the paper analyzed the monetary costs and non-monetary costs loaded by different groups as well as the behavior orientation of different groups in the approach of study reports, which will be expected to be helpful for the main report. <<
