This paper analyzes on the problems in the process of public hospital medical service price adjustment under the basis of combing on medical service price adjustment process in our country. And focus on the analysis on the experience and lessons in new medical service price reform program of the public hospital in some provinces and cities in China. Finally provides the measures to push forward the reform of medical service prices.
