The statistical calculation of marine economy at home and abroad has been an important issue in the academic and political，different countries have great differences in the content and results. By arrange the framework，methods and conclusions of marine economic accounting，this paper comparison the differences between domestic and international marine economic statistics. Most of the foreign countries have experienced the accounting process from the traditional marine industry to the emerging marine industry，and marine economic statistics focus on traditional industries，statistical categories are more limited，while the classification of marine economic activities in China is delicate，it is difficult to separate marine industry and land industry，lack of data accuracy. Explicit the accounting caliber，measurement methods and possible reasons of marine economy，could provide reference for the further improvement of the marine economy statistical accounting system in china.
