During the period of construction of building the national innovation center，Guangzhou needs to explore how to better play the leading role of the inspection and testing among industrial innovation and urban developing quality. This paper analyzes the comprehensive service ability of the representative institutions in Guangzhou quality supervision system，and puts forward some suggestions according to the practical situation.
