This thesis analyzes the existing carriers and space layouts of Guangzhous International Scientific and Technological Cooperation，which comes to a conclusion that the kinds of carriers scattered distribute but balanced develop during the spatial development of Guangzhou city. As a whole，the gathering function of the carriers is comparatively weak. From the aspect of spatial structure，the junction of Guangzhous South Extension shaft and the metropolitan area should be regarded as a core area of the carriers，and an exchange center should be established as a core node of the cooperation. As a result，various of vectors in the space could be gathered and the radiation and leading role of the core node could be developed.
