高校教师是否能在理论教学与社工实务之间成功跨界?广东高校背景社工机构的发展为此提供了样本。“为办专业而办机构”“怀着社会理想做事”“扶持优秀毕业生”是高校教师办机构的主要动机。从机构创办到成长,教师在机构的角色也会发生变化:早期是最为辛苦的综合性参与角色,成长期过渡到行政管理与督导角色,接下来如何将实践转化为研究,需要关注。这类社工机构的优势在于:政治上信任度高,较为坚持专业理念和方法;劣势在于:大型管理经验不足、品牌意识弱、公关能力弱;教师在参与机构发展过程中提升了实务经验,有助于丰富和提高实务教学水平,但同时也大量挤占了科研时间,影响高校教师在社工领域的科研产出。
<<Is it possible for teacher in the universities to crossover social work teaching and research to practice?The development of Social Work Organization(SWO) with the background of university provide an example. There are three motivations for the founders:“for the profession to found organization”,“working with social ideals” and “supporting outstanding graduates”. The roles of teacher founders changed with the development of organizations:the hardest comprehensive role in the early period,the administration and supervision role in the growing period,how to change practice to research is important in the next stage. The advantages of this kind of SWO are high political trust and adhering to professional ideals and methods. Its disadvantages are lack of management experience,with weak brand awareness and public relation ability. Teachers improved practice experience which enrich and improve the level of practice teaching. At the same time,the participation in practice influences their research time and production.
