作为社会综合心态结构中的重要组成部分,职业心态是横跨公共领域和私人领域的、对职场心理和行为产生影响的“复杂心态”,是影响职业意愿、职业持久性和职业成就的重要因素,同时也是职业胜任力模型中重要的非技术要素。本研究从社工职业心态的社会情感维度入手,在职业性格、行为倾向、价值取向和职业情感认同这四个层面上探讨了社工职业心态的内部要素;并基于一线在职社工和社会工作专业学生这两个群体,采用问卷调查的方法为内部要素的分析结构提供实证依据,旨在整合出一个符合社会工作专业特征和社会工作者心理特征的职业心态结构。
<<Occupational mentality is an important component in the comprehensive structure of social mentality. It can be understood as a complex mentality that cross both of the public field and personal field and make profound influence on the psychology and behavior of workplace. Occupational mentality is also an important factor that have impacts on intention,persistence and performance of work practices. The present study explores the internal structure of social workers’ occupational mentality (SWOM) based on the dimension of communion. It is found that the internal structure of SWOM contains occupational personality,behavioral tendencies,public value and effective identity. The external validity of such structure is tested through four corresponding psychological scales among 178 social workers (or would-be social workers),so as to integrate the professional and psychological characteristics into social workers’ occupational mentality.
