Population aging，a social problem confronting the governments all over the world and China，poses a huge challenge to China’s elderly care service and is a strong driving force behind the elderly care service innovation. To meet the big challenge of an aging society，systematic measure should be taken，among which，to strengthen the elderly care service innovation is the priority. Further researches into the need analysis of aging population should be conducted，the elderly care service system deepened，the social resources of the care service be developed，professional service team cultivated，and more importance attached.
