本文利用长江流域12个省份1370个油菜种植农户的微观调研数据,运用随机前沿生产函数模型和效率损失模型,分析整个长江流域以及上、中、下游地区油菜种植农户的基本生产情况及人口特征、生产的技术效率损失情况及其主要影响因素的差异。研究发现长江流域油菜种植样本农户老龄化现象普遍,劳动力相对不足;长江流域农户平均效率水平约为81。41%,仍有18。59%的进步可能性;由于气候、经济发展水平、地形等区位条件不同,长江上、中、下游不同地区同一生产要素对油菜生产的影响有一定区分度,此外,在农户人口三大特征中,同种因素对不同地区农户技术效率损失的影响也有较大差别;分地区的中老年农户较青壮年农户均表现出更高、更稳定的技术效率水平,且高龄农户的平均技术效率水平最低,波动相对较大。
<<The Yangtze River 12 provinces(municipalities)of 1370 rape planting micro household survey data,using the stochastic frontier production function model and the efficiency loss model,analysis of the Yangtze River Basin and the upper and downstream areas,farmers planting rape basic production conditions and demographic characteristics,production technical efficiency loss and the main influence factors of the differences. The Yangtze River Basin found that rape planting farmers aging phenomenon,the relative lack of labor force;the Yangtze River Basin average efficiency level of about 81.41%,there are still 18.59% possibilities of progress;because of the climate,the level of economic development,topography and other local conditions,factors affecting the same production on the Yangtze River,the middle and lower reaches of rapeseed production in different regions have a certain distinction,in addition,farmers population three characteristics,influence factors on the same loss of technical efficiency of rural households in different areas are also different;with respect to the young farmers,points of elderly farmers than the young and middle-aged farmers showed the level of technical efficiency is higher and more stable,and the elderly farmers average technical efficiency the lowest level,relatively large fluctuations.
