气候变暖不仅直接影响粮食数量安全,而且也会影响粮食质量安全,特别是以干旱和洪涝为主要特征的极端气候,会影响农药、化肥的施用数量和施用效果,进而影响农产品质量安全。本文基于水稻主产区1063份农户调查数据,以“气候变化感知”作为衡量气候变化对农户影响的指标,从主观、客观两个维度考察了气候变化,特别是以干旱和洪涝为主要特征的极端气候对稻农的农药、化肥施用行为的影响。研究发现,核心变量“气候变化感知”对农户的农药、化肥施用产生了显著影响,气候变化感知程度高的农户会增加农药、化肥的施用。此外,风险态度、是否参加农业产业化组织也会对农户的农药、化肥施用行为产生重要影响。基于上述结论,本文提出了相应的对策和建议。
<<Based on the questionnaire survey of 1063 farmers in main rice production areas,this paper studies the impact of climate change on farmers’ use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers both subjectively and objectively. “perception of climate change” is used as the measurable indicator of the influence of climate change on farmers. The result shows that the core variable “perception of climate change” of farmers has a significant effect on the use of pesticides and fertilizers. it is found that farmers who are more aware of the climate change will increase the amount of pesticides and fertilizers in order to mitigate the potential loss. In addition,risk attitudes,whether to participate in agricultural industrialization organization also greatly affect farmers’ pesticides and fertilizers behaviors. Based on the above findings,this paper put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
