Housing Security is a livelihood project，during 2007 to 2013，Guizhou has completed indemnificatory apartments over 80 thousand sets；the new urbanization strategy gave a high request to Guizhou housing security. In order to improve the housing security service，it’s necessary to summarize experience and lessons of the existing housing security，and this survey is carried out to approve it. The investigation selects the residents who live in the low-income housing district in the county of Qianzhong，and the investigation method is questionnaires which the content is divided into three parts：the resident’s basic information，the housing condition and the satisfaction，and the interviewees’ understanding about the housing security policy. At the end of this，this article provides suggestion about the housing policy according to the survey result.
