2015年是我国经济结构调整和转型升级的关键一年,政府积极致力于推动经济由投资驱动、以制造业为主导转变为由消费驱动、以服务业为导向的结构。然而,服务业增速不足以弥补投资增速放缓所带来的空缺,中国经济增速下行的压力有增无减。在经济运行总体呈持续下行态势下,房地产业的表现不尽如人意,开发投资、土地购置面积、新开工等指标同比增幅减小,特别是房地产开发投资的重要指标——土地购置面积及成交额下降幅度都不小。
<<2015 was the key year for China’s economic structure to be transformation and adjustment,the government was committed to promoting the economy shifting from an investment-driven and manufacturing as leading structure to a consumption-driven and service orientation structure. Otherwise,the growth of service industry cannot make up the shortfall caused by the investment week growth;the pressure of economic downturn was increase but no decrease. As the overall economy appears to be heading downwards,the real estate industry performance was barely satisfactory. The indicators of development investment,land acquisition area,new construction and others are reducing year-on-year. Especially some of the important indicators of investment in real estate development,land acquisition area and volume of transaction are decline rapidly.
