2015 was the key year for China’s economic structure to be transformation and adjustment，the government was committed to promoting the economy shifting from an investment-driven and manufacturing as leading structure to a consumption-driven and service orientation structure. Otherwise，the growth of service industry cannot make up the shortfall caused by the investment week growth；the pressure of economic downturn was increase but no decrease. As the overall economy appears to be heading downwards，the real estate industry performance was barely satisfactory. The indicators of development investment，land acquisition area，new construction and others are reducing year-on-year. Especially some of the important indicators of investment in real estate development，land acquisition area and volume of transaction are decline rapidly.
