本报告分为四个部分,第一部分主要从我国建筑装饰行业人才形势和人力资源管理现状及存在的问题等角度对我国建装行业的人力资源现状进行了较为详细的分析。第二部分对我国建筑装饰行业人力资源成本效益状况进行了详细的分析,并结合当前我国建筑装饰行业发展新趋势,论述了建装行业的快速发展对新型人才的需求状况。第三部分主要阐述了未来我国建筑装饰行业人力资源管理的发展趋势,并重点指出未来我国建装企业人力资源管理的战略性意义。第四部分在上述分析的基础上,详细阐述了我国建装行业企业人力资源战略的目标、任务以及实现路径等重要问题。
<<There are four sections in this report. The first section mainly introduces the human resource status of China’s building decoration industry from the perspectives of talent situation and existing problems in human resource management. The second section details the cost-effectiveness situation of the industry,elaborates the demand situation of new talents with the fast development of building decoration industry. The third section mainly articulates the future development trends of human resource management of China’s building decoration industry,and then point out that the strategic implication of the human resource management will be more prominent. And the last section explains in detail the goals,tasks and realization paths of human resource strategy of China’s building decoration industry on the bases of above analysis.
