Under the new normal social background，Youth League training facing the changing needs and professional challenges of youth needs，types，levels and other aspects. This paper conducts a national juvenile investigation and study through qualitative and quantitative research methods. In the end it puts forward operational suggestions on Youth League training in terms of policy environment，standard specification，resource protection，innovation and development.
