Developing the “silver hair economy” should become the subject of solving problems related to the old in the society. As an old district of Guangzhou，Yuexiu District faces serious aging situation. Meanwhile，it also has unique advantages of developing the “silver hair economy”. The author carries out an in-depth research on the favorable condition，development situation and problems that need to be focused on of the “silver hair economy” and proposes the initial thinking on explorations.
