2015年移动互联网恶意程序的数量依然持续增长，传播移动互联网恶意程序的方式变得更加隐秘，“灰产”从业者通过恶意广告、恶意短信等方式传播恶意程序的情况变得更加普遍。为改善移动互联网环境，CNCERT通过开展专项行动、建立移动互联网黑白名单等形式进行移动互联网环境治理工作，切断恶意程序传播途径。

By 2015，the number of malwares on mobile Internet has still continued to increase and its mode of spread has become more secretive. In the meantime，malicious AD and SMS have been used by “grey industry” practitioners as the carriers of malwares，which has been taken as regarded more common than ever. In order to protect the mobile Internet from being affected by malwares，CNCERT has taken measures to cut off the transmission of malwares by conducting special operations，establishing black and white lists and etc. to make mobile Internet environment more secure.
