In 2015，China’s comprehensive legislation of network security speeded up the pace，the governance of the information content in the mobile terminal became normal，and the competent government department strengthen the supervision and management of the new format of mobile Internet and achieved remarkable results. In the future，more attention would be paid to the systematization of legislation，establishing a scientific and reasonable protection system of data，strengthening the legislation of electronic proof，and the improvement on the supervision and governance of hijacking mobile data traffic.
