With the advancement of service government construction，community service continued to deepen，the reform of the community residents’ committees is imminent. First we should find the problem to further clarify its function positioning. In this paper，based on the Beijing community residents’ committees investigation，we described the status，and analyzed problems. Then we made some specific suggestions from the angle of straightening out the relationship，improving the ability；attaching great importance to supervision；perfecting security and integrating the resources.
